All of our products are priced in US Dollars (USD). Your credit card will be charged in US Dollars.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and all other major credit cards, via the IYZICO checkout gateway.Unfortunately we cannot accept Amex cards.

Our customer service team is available online 5 days a week, Monday – Friday, and work across different time zones for our international customers. Any enquiries sent on weekends or public holiday will be responded to the following business day.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We offer global shipping with a flat rate standard or express shipping option to all destinations. Packages will be sent from our central warehouse in Istanbul. See Shipping page for more information.
WHERE ARE THE LATEST THING PIECES MADE?
The Latest Thing pieces are designed by our creative team in Istanbul and then produced ethically by our suppliers in Turkey.
WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
International: For international orders, please note that we do not accept returns, except for incorrect or faulty items.
Domestic: We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, therefore, we will accept returns and exchanges on purchases, provided the request is made within 15 days of receiving the package and meets our return policy. All returns need to be sent our returns centre located in Istanbul Turkey.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We strive to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us straight away at [email protected] so we can review the matter.
IS IT SAFE TO ORDER FROM YOUR ONLINE STORE?
Definitely. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Once orders are placed they are sent through the the warehouse for packing, and once an order reaches the warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. Should you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back once the item/s have been received. The Latest Thing cannot be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for change of mind purchases or due to the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
