Returns on full-price items will be accepted within 20 days after the order is placed.
All swimwear, earrings, hair accessories, and sale items that are marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
If you would like to request a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number. Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization and domestic shipping label will be sent to you within 48 hours with return instructions.
Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed. The Latest Thing reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
The return must be shipped/post marked within the 20 days after the order date. If the order is shipped after the allowed period it will no longer qualify for a refund and a store credit will be issued instead.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If you need to make a change to your shipping address,please email us at [email protected] We can change the address as long as the package has not left our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.

Please email us at [email protected] to initiate your return. We will offer you the option to print a prepaid DHL label for a fee that will be deducted from your refund. If you do not wish to use our prepaid label, please ship the return using the courier of your choice to the address listed below.
